Unfortunately , it is very possible to take your healthy salad and make it a health abomination in 2 seconds flat by adding high fat dressings made with gobs of mayo or loads of oil. Suddenly your veggie, bean, potato or grain salad is getting 75% or more of its calories from fat.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Salads can be beautiful and healthy – offering only whole food goodness and loads of nutrients too.

Toss in a tangy dressing that makes your senses stand up and take notice and you’ve got a crowd pleaser.
